The conscious and subconscious minds make up the mind. Consider an iceberg. The visible tip is your conscious mind, while the majority of it is underwater and cannot be seen is your subconscious mind.

The conscious mind is concerned with what can be seen and what we are aware of on a conscious level. The subconscious mind, on the other hand, is concerned with things we are not yet aware of and is where all of our belief systems are stored. Messages stored in our subconscious mind become ingrained in us and influence our perception of the world.

For complete subconscious reprogramming, I recommend listening to your session daily for at least 30 days.

Sleep hypnosis sessions should be listened to right before going to sleep.

Subliminal-only programs can be listened to whenever you want- while working, relaxing, or in the background while you go about your day. 

Please refrain from listening to hypnosis or subliminal sessions while driving or operating machinery, and always drink a glass of water while listening to our sessions to stay hydrated (and avoid headaches!).

Subliminals bypass our critical conscious faculty, also known as the conscious watchdog. The conscious critical faculty is the internal filter through which we interpret how the world works based on everything we have learned correctly or incorrectly since birth. 

Subliminal messages are embedded below the threshold of consciousness in these sessions and delivered directly to the subconscious mind, bypassing the conscious critical faculty. As a result, achieving your goals will be easier than consciously attempting to change your thoughts and limiting belief systems.
